This turn key project was nothing short of a complete overhaul—every element of the property was stripped out and rebuilt brand new. We demolished and reconfigured internal walls to create a smarter layout, opening up space and adding an ensuite bathroom that completely redefined how the home functions. The bathrooms, once dated and tired, were fully replaced with all-new fixtures, fittings, and finishes, giving them a modern, polished feel with improved comfort and practicality.

The kitchen was also entirely replaced with a brand-new IKEA system, but through subtle modifications, marble countertop, tailored detailing, and the right finishing touches, we transformed it into something that looked far more sophisticated and expensive than its base components. Corridors and awkward spaces were redesigned for better flow, light was maximized throughout, and the overall palette of materials and finishes was chosen to create a clean, bright, and airy atmosphere.
